2) Nature of Service & Limitations

Skyline Research is registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst (RA) and provides research and recommendations; we do not execute trades, handle client funds/securities, or offer portfolio management or assured return products.
Recommendations are based on publicly available information, our analysis, and reasonable assumptions as on the date/time stated. Assumptions may change without notice.
All clients should perform independent due diligence and consider their risk profile, financial situation, and investment objectives before acting.

3) Important Risk Disclosures

Derivatives (F&O) Risk Highlights

9 out of 10 individual traders in equity Futures and Options Segment, incurred net losses.
On an average, loss makers registered net trading loss close to ₹ 50,000.
Over and above the net trading losses incurred, loss makers expended an additional 28% of net trading losses as transaction costs.
Those making net trading profits, incurred between 15% to 50% of such profits as transaction cost.

We do not offer any guaranteed/assured returns, fixed income products linked to equities, profit-sharing, or indicative/targeted return schemes. Be cautious of anyone misrepresenting otherwise in the name of Skyline Research.

5) Performance, Back-Testing & Illustrations

Back-tested/illustrative results are hypothetical and have inherent limitations; they do not reflect actual trading and may under/over-compensate for market factors such as liquidity and slippage.
Any stated performance metrics are for information only and are not a promise or projection.

6) Conflicts of Interest & Disclosures

Analysts and/or the RA may have positions/financial interests in the securities discussed. Such interests, if material, will be disclosed in the corresponding research report.
We maintain records of research communications and client interactions as per SEBI regulations.
Third-party data, tools, or AI-assisted analytics, if used, are disclosed where material; conclusions remain those of the analyst/RA.
