No Consideration from Intermediaries

We do not receive any consideration by way of remuneration or compensation or in any other form whatsoever, by us or any of our associates/subsidiaries, for any distribution or execution services related to products or securities for which investment research is provided.

No Broker Recommendation

Skyline Research does not recommend any specific stock/commodity broker. If any representative suggests a broker, we do not receive any consideration of any kind from such broker or intermediary.

SEBI Compliance & Conflicts

To ensure compliance with the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, Skyline Research and its representatives will not engage in trading in the securities/instruments that are the subject of our research within the prescribed restriction windows. We are not associated in any manner with any issuer of products/securities; this helps ensure there are no actual or potential conflicts of interest and that objectivity/independence is not compromised.

By availing our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to Skyline Research’s Terms & Conditions and associated legal policies. Subscription fees once paid are non-refundable. The client agrees not to pursue legal or other actions against Skyline Research for market outcomes resulting from independent decisions. All disputes are subject to Mumbai (Maharastra) jurisdiction.
