How soon is my plan activated after payment?

Most UPI/Card/NetBanking payments reflect instantly. If you don’t see access within 15 minutes, share the transaction ID via Contact .

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes. Enter your legal name, address, and GSTIN at checkout to receive a GST-compliant invoice downloadable from your dashboard.

Is auto-renewal enabled by default?

No. You can opt-in to auto-renew on the Payment Options page and disable it anytime from your dashboard.

Can I change my payment method later?

Yes. Update or replace your saved method before the next billing date from the Billing section of your dashboard.

Do you support international cards or currencies?

Major international cards are accepted. Charges are billed in INR; your bank handles FX conversion and any applicable fees.

Are my payments secure?

Transactions are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways with 2FA/3D Secure where applicable. We do not store full card details.

What happens if a payment fails?

You’ll see a failure message and no amount will be captured. Retry with the same method or switch to UPI/NetBanking; contact support if funds are debited.

Can I upgrade mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated where supported; the new plan activates immediately and a differential amount may be charged.

Do you offer EMI or pay-later options?

Select cards and providers may show EMI/pay-later offers at the gateway’s discretion. Availability varies by bank and eligibility.

How do I get a receipt or payment history?

All receipts are emailed and available under Billing → History in your dashboard. For help, write to accounts@skylineresearch.in .
